Install GliderTrace as a local .NET tool, then connect it from your MCP client.
Choose your client below for setup instructions. GliderTrace works with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Pi, and other MCP-compatible clients.
Before setup, check Compatibility for .NET SDK, diagnostics tools, artifact handling, client, and transport guidance.
Recommendation: prefer project/workspace configuration when your client supports it (for example Claude Code .mcp.json, Cursor .cursor/mcp.json, or VS Code .vscode/mcp.json). Runtime evidence is most useful when the server starts from the workspace it will test or run. Claude Desktop only has one global config with no per-project scope, so scope a workspace there with a --workspace root argument, or use Claude Code for per-project setups.
