Response notes

This call refreshes the build model and source snapshot. Trusted workspaces can execute builds; network access needs a separate startup grant. A failed replacement preserves the previous generation. Inspect the failed load, reload, or sync result for its reason. Use server_status to confirm the retained generation and load state. A successful refresh invalidates earlier keys and cursors. Discard them, repeat declaration discovery, and retry the original read.
