Safe mode is the default. Trust and dependency network access require separate command-line root grants. Tool arguments cannot grant either permission.

Response notes

Reports the build model and generation. Safe mode returns a static model; trusted imports can return complete or partial models. Complete model export does not prove all dependencies resolved.
