Response notes

Returns compiler metadata, context, origin, and available source spans or parser sourceKey. For stale_key, repeat exact semantic discovery in the current generation and retry with the new key. When the semantic publication is fresh, reuse it and repeat discovery without another sync. For stale_snapshot, stabilize the changed input and call sync. After sync succeeds, repeat exact semantic discovery and retry.
