server_status: Returns workspace, warm-up and watcher status. watcherError reports a watcher failure separately from workspaceReloadError.

load: Loads a TypeScript or JavaScript workspace and clears live documents. Save intended live edits or retain their text first.
reload: Reloads the currently loaded workspace and rebuilds project contexts.
sync: Synchronizes pending watcher changes or selected files into the loaded workspace.
get_projects: Lists the loaded TypeScript or JavaScript project contexts in the workspace.
get_project_info: Returns summary metadata for a loaded project by project name.
find_project_for_file: Returns the loaded project that currently owns the given file path.

get_diagnostics: Lists compact TypeScript and JavaScript diagnostics for a file, project, or loaded workspace.
diagnostic_hotspots: Groups TypeScript and JavaScript diagnostics by file, project, category, or code for compact triage.

find_code: Ranks semantic TypeScript and JavaScript symbol matches and suggests follow-up tools.

get_symbol_info: Returns detailed metadata for a stable symbol key.
get_symbol_at_position: Returns the symbol at a 1-based line and column in a source file.

get_symbol_definition: Resolves the canonical definition for the symbol at a source position.
get_symbol_declaration: Returns declaration locations for a stable symbol key.
find_references: Finds references for a previously discovered symbol key.
find_implementations: Finds implementations for TypeScript classes, interfaces, and members.
find_unused_symbols: Finds conservative unused symbol candidates in a loaded TS/JS project or file.
find_unused_parameters: Finds conservative unused parameter candidates in a loaded TS/JS project or file.

list_project_apis: Lists exported API surfaces for a loaded project.
get_file_contents: Reads a bounded text window from a file inside the loaded workspace.
get_structure: Returns a compact import, export, declaration, and member outline for a JS/TS source file.
list_exports: Lists the visible public export surface for a project or a single file.

semantic_query: Runs compact read-only semantic query patterns for package imports, cross-project API usage, and symbols with references.

get_type_hierarchy: Returns class, interface, and type-alias relationship context for a symbol.

find_callers: Finds call sites for a function, method, or callable symbol.
get_outgoing_calls: Lists callable symbols invoked by a function or method.
analyze_change_impact: Summarizes references, callers, exported API usage, and dependent projects affected by a symbol change.
changed_symbols: Resolves changed line ranges to the declarations containing them, with symbol keys and change classification.
get_cascade_impact: Expands a symbol impact analysis through callers to a specified depth.

compute_rename_edits: Previews TypeScript language-service rename edits for a symbol without applying them.
rename_symbol: Renames a symbol in live workspace documents. Disk files remain unchanged.

format_document: Formats a TypeScript or JavaScript document with TypeScript language-service edits.
organize_imports: Organizes TypeScript or JavaScript imports with TypeScript language-service edits.
write_file: Previews a full-file write for a JS, TS, JSON, or JSONC workspace file. Apply a disk change with its preview fingerprint.
open_document: Opens or replaces an in-memory live document for editor-style workflows.
update_document: Replaces the full text of an already open live document.
apply_document_edits: Applies one or more range edits to an open live document.
translate_document_position: Translates a position across live document version history.
close_document: Closes an in-memory live document so TGlider returns to disk-backed source for that file.

get_workspace_root: Returns package-manager and workspace-root metadata for the loaded workspace.
list_workspace_projects: Lists workspace package entries discovered from package manager metadata.
get_package_info: Returns compact package.json metadata for a package in the loaded workspace.
get_project_dependencies: Lists direct workspace project dependencies for a loaded project.
get_file_dependents: Lists files that depend on the requested source file through imports or re-exports.
explain_module_resolution: Explains how one static import, import-equals require, or re-export specifier resolves from one file.
find_dependency_path: Finds the shortest direct-project dependency chain between two loaded projects.
detect_cycles: Detects project-level dependency cycles across the loaded workspace graph.

batch: Runs one to ten independent read-only TGlider tool calls in request order.

send_feedback: Sends feedback and product facts as a public GitHub issue. First search open and closed issues in glidermcp/glidermcp for your exact problem using abstract, public terms. Confirm each duplicate concerns TGlider. Update to the latest product version. Restart the server. Retry the affected operation. If a duplicate exists, use the existing issue. Call send_feedback only if the problem persists after the update and no duplicate exists.
