Create or replace workspace membership on the owner's behalf; confirm the share with the owner before calling. The caller needs owner membership and manage scope. Null role revokes access. Read list_space_grants first.

Shares a workspace on the owner's behalf. Confirm the share with the owner first.
Parameters

| ifRevision | string | Yes | Use "absent" to create, or the current revision to replace. A stale revision returns revision_conflict. |
| principalId | string | Yes | Identity ID from list_principals. |
| requestId | string | Yes | A fresh UUID for each change. After an ambiguous response, retry with the same requestId and identical arguments; a changed payload returns request_conflict. |
| role | string | Yes | reader, editor, or owner. null revokes the membership. |
| spaceId | string | Yes | Workspace ID from list_spaces. |
